I bought clubs for my son for Christmas. He used them twice at the range.
First time on the course the club head snapped off of the fairway wood. His Driver also has a rattling sound, was like that out of the box. $400 for these clubs and theyre broken after 9 holes of golf.
Do you stand by this product? How do I get a replacement?

I purchased a Topflite golf bag and golf clubs on March 15, 2025, and one of the legs has already cracked, but I spoke to a very nice lady today and she's going to put in a request to get a bag replacement.

Don’t buy top Flite
Very bad. The driver broke within a week or so of playing and the bag broke within 2 months.

I recently purchased the top flight xl golf set about 2 months ago. I have used the set maybe 3 or 4 times before one of the zippers on the bag broke off of the bag. No out of the ordinary action was performed, the zipper was never pulled hard or jerked in any way, it simply was not sewed on correctly and came off of the bag, I am now unable to open or close one of the larger pockets on the bag and am very upset with my purchase.

Deceiving marketing campaign
I purchased 12 golf balls for $14.99 - there was a promotion that include a bonus sleeve which was $19.99 - the promotion is actually more expensive per sleeve than the plan for 12 golf balls - a misleading and deceptive promotion. I purchased at a *** Sporting Goods store here in West Chester Ohio 45069

Broken driver
Got a set for Christmas 2024 and started to use this set April 2024 and the driver has since cracked and dented and its only October 2024. Getting a TOP FLIGHT GOLF consumer rep on the line is impossible so here I am ! Would like to get my driver replaced , Ima beginner and dont have a professional swing to clearly damage the clubs and feel this is a reasonable request

I've had this driver for about five months, and when I was playing earlier this week, my driver head snapped off. I hit a drive, and then when I was waiting for the rest of the group to tee off, I took a slow practice swing and my driver head just snapped off.
I checked the grass to make sure I didn't hit anything, and there was nothing in the grass. The head just snapped off.

I'm a 46-year-old avid golfer. I probably average 250 rounds of golf per year, from the East Coast courses like Tobacco Road and Pinehurst, all the way to the coasts of both Carolinas and down to Disney World.
The courses they offer are fun but alligator-friendly, so watch your shots around the water. My journey extends all the way to Torrey Pines on the West Coast. Golf has been a huge part of my life because it's how I got to spend time with my Dad when I was younger. Even after beating lung cancer caused from digging through the rubble of the World Trade Centers, we play a lot of golf together.
The moral of my story is that I've got the same set of Callaway Gold Big Berthas, with some added hybrids, in my bag. For the longest time, I kept them safe and secure in a Srixon bag I won in a charity golf tournament to honor wounded warriors. Then randomly, I was gifted with a Top Flite Gamer bag. After less than two years, all the buttons to hold my top on have broken off and my cover has turned into rags.
I'm honestly embarrassed to be seen with the bag and cover together. I just wanted to let you know so maybe you could save someone the embarrassment in the future. And before you ask, I handle my golf clubs as if they have feelings of their own. I fear that if I upset them, my game will be cursed for all eternity.

I have been playing golf for more than 25 years and have always used Top Flite golf balls.
Today I teed up on # 14 after opening a new sleeve of Top Flite distance golf balls and it split in half when I attempted to tee off.
This is the first time I have had any problems with the Top Flite golf balls.

Broken shoulder strap
the stitching on the shoulder strap was very poor. the top part of the shoulder strap did look like it had a very sturdy stich.
the botton part of the shoulder strap had one line of stiching. i picked up the bag very carefully and both straps on the bottom part broke at once. I was told to call the *** 's sporting goods store where i bought the bag and maybe they have assesseries they could sell me. I did and the answer was no.
they told me to maybe order from amazon a shoulder strap. top flite golf as well off as they are could have sold me a strap.
our little girl wanted the same strap. thanks for NOTHING

I was hitting my driver at the range and I'm not sure how I did it, but while I was swinging, I went to get more golf balls at the clubhouse. I put my driver up in my bag and saw a dent that looked like a golf ball, so I'm guessing I hit a ball going up and it dented.

Broken driver less two years used
I got the set of clubs for Christmas i finally got to use them for the first time this last weekend and sunday i was golfing 9 holes and the first hole with the driver it broke the driver head straight off.

Purchased a Top Flite golf club 16 piece set including bag. After about 3 months of normal used the zippers on the bag no longer zip making the pockets on the back unusable and the stand does not stay in place. NO ONE COULD HELP no manufacturer warranty and because its just outside the 90 day return or exchange policy *** would not help.
